New ZIRIUS project ‘UBoPlus’: New paths for sustainable urban development and land policyThe BMBF-funded project ‘UBoPlus - Ulm Land Policy Plus’ is researching innovative strategies for the creation of housing and sustainable urban development in Ulm. New land policy instruments and policy mixes are being developed and trialled in real-world laboratories and simulation games, accompanied by nationwide networking and practical implementation.
