Oliver Scheel initially opted for a diploma in Physics at the University of Stuttgart, before going on to complete a Master in Sociology, Politics and Physics. Since May 2010 he has worked on various research projects as a research associate and project manager at the Center for Interdisciplinary Risk and Innovation Research at the University of Stuttgart.
